Company History
Overhead Door Company of Idaho and Washington started as a department within a small lumberyard chain in New Plymouth, Idaho, in 1952. By 1961, we expanded into the Boise area and incorporated as a standalone business. Our family-owned company continued to grow, adding branches in Lewiston in 1978, Twin Falls, and Sun Valley in 1983 and reaching the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets in the 1990s.
Today, we operate seven branches located in Hailey, Boise, Lewiston, New Plymouth, Nampa, Post Falls, and Twin Falls. With a strong focus on service and repair, our extensive network and fleet ensure we offer the best response time in the region.
As authorized distributors of Overhead Door™ products, we provide top-quality garage doors and openers for both residential and commercial customers. Our over 70 years of experience and skilled technicians give us a competitive edge, making us the largest independent garage door dealer in the Pacific Northwest. We are licensed contractors in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, standing by our motto: “We sell the best and fix the rest.”
