They were so helpful and professional from first phone call. Garage door would not close after meeting up with my truck bed…oops…. Fit me in at the end of a day they were booked. They were very efficient would highly recommend this company.

My distress call to Overhead Door to address a broken tension spring was answered promptly, courteously and professionally.. the tech arrived when he was scheduled (and called ahead to confirm his arrival). After inspecting the damage He informed me, before starting the work what the cost would be. I agreed. He was professional, talented with his tools, and skilled at his craft. He had all the parts that was required to complete the job in his trUck. The job was done (the broken tension spring replaced) in less than an hour. In my humble opinion the charge ,for the amount of work was a tad too high. The tech also provided me his professional opinion on the status of my garage door equipment and explained the technology on the newer gadgets now available on the market. The company gets 5/5 for professionalism but My rating is 4 out of 5 stars because I see the need for better pricing.

Mike and his team handled our door replacement in a timely manner. The doors look great and we could not be happier.

Salesman, installer and product have been excellent. We are very surprised with the quietness of the new motor and door. Definitely happy we chose Overhead Door.
