I didn't end up using them, but could have saved almost $150 if I had. Unfortunately, they couldn't get to me for 2 days, so I paid a little extra to get it done today. Customer service was very nice and helpful. Thank you for putting customer service first.

I've used them for 8+ years, I think their hourly rate has remained the same. They are honest, fixed my garage door issues (3 bays) with creative solutions to reduce my cost. This time they replaced a broken spring, installed a new circuit broad I had repaired by a 3rd party and tuned all my doors.

Fantastic experience the tech was very respectful and got everything rocking in a short amount of time.

I had a door spring snap on a day that I had a ton going on and I called overhead to schedule someone to come out. they said it would be a couple days. that was fine. they called me back and said that they had someone who was freed up and was really close to my area and asked if they could send them out right away and it was perfect for me and so I was able to get that taken care of right away and I just super appreciated that five stars great service! thank you!

Monday night my garage door would not close. Tuesday morning I called Overhead Door & McKenzie said a service person would come between 12-4. Travis called before arriving. He rewired my garage door & tuned it up, much quieter than before. Great service at a great price!

As a service company owner myself, I, too, look at reviews in my decision making for services, and theirs were stellar. I didn’t call anyone else, to be honest. The comments were just the kind of words I like to see from customers. Ou technician, Jacob, called before heading to our home, right in the front part of their arrival window. He was personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job, and the price was very fair, in our opinion. I will use them again, and can say I would happily recommend them to others.

One member of our family backed out of the garage and hit the half open garage door. I called and was greeted by a lady who was very helpful. The mechanic was in our area, he stopped by and 15 minutes later all was fixed and repaired. That you to everyone, you guys are great.

This is my 3rd house build over the last 11 years, having used Overhead Door for each one. The quality and care has always been top shelf. 10/10 recommend, I wouldn’t ever consider any other garage door company.

My spring on my garage door broke. I called around 8am to have them come out and fix it. By 11 am the job was done. Great service and Arvin was the best.

I talked with overhead door of New plymouth in the morning around 9 am, by 3 pm the same day I had a new garage door opener installed, that's impressive in my book. The installer is very knowledgeable and what a nice guy. I would recommend them if your looking for a professional overhead door company.

Customer service, Colby listen to me and was not able, but tried to get a service person to my house but arranged to have one out the first thing in the morning. Service person, Jeremy was on time and gave me heads up he was on his way. At first glance, it appeared to be an electric problem from my description. But, he took the time to troubleshoot. It was a genie 2028 garage opener purchased in 2021. Problem was the light connection wire disconnected and was touching the motor, which shorted my plug circuit when it was plugged it. Jeremy had a great attitude. Cost was service price. Service was in Middleton ID.

Fantastic local company. Quoted a good price, installed on schedule. Installers were professional and courteous. They were very respectful of our property. I even told them. I wish I had more homes. So I could have more garage doors installed by them.

The cables on the door came loose. Had it fixed in shout 15 minutes and cost was under a $100. Service guy was polite, friendly and professional.

He did the entire removal and installation of the door by himself. No mess left anywhere and it looks so good. Very impressed 👏 Both guys left us feeling confident in our investment.

I had called Overhead Door of New Plymouth and asked for someone to come and fix my garage door opener. I didn't expect a call back from them saying they could come the same day! The man who came seemed to know what he was doing and he had it fixed in about an hour. He did a lot more than fix the door, he tightened a spring, lubricated parts of the door and showed me the bad capacitor that caused the problem. I appreciated all he did! \

Overhead doors did a great job, the doors look great and openers are very quiet. One of the windows was delivered cracked and they came out the next day to fix it.

With my garage door springs broken, I stopped by Overhead Garage Door in Post Falls and spoke with Justin and Isiah. They said they could help immediately and were at my house within 30 minutes. From the time I first spoke with them at the shop, they had everything fixed, lubricated, and readjusted in under two hours. I had a door from Overhead Door that need to be installed, and I couldn't do it myself. It was 12 feet tall and my wife has had issues with the old metal door and motor when power goes out. She would struggle opening it and closing it by herself due to her RA. Tyler and Keenan came out form Overhead Door for the install. They installed the door, put up a new side mount motor, ran all the tests and did it with a smile. They ended up staying until 6:30ish at night working on my shop door. Their professionalism was bar none. They never complained and they seem to have fun with what they do. I cannot express enough how happy I am with Overhead Door of Spokane and CDA. And yes, I will tell everyone of my experience.

Great experience with these folks. They sent Carlos to my house to replace 2 springs. Carlos is a dedicated, no nonsense professional with a get it done mindset and a smile. He completed the work in less time than expected and the price was right. He is a credit to this company. Can't recommend them enough. Love seeing the dedication and concern for quality work from a one so young.

This appointment was for a warranty issue. I could not get the door opener to connect to my phone and one of the Bluetooth control quit working. The installer worked through both problems and did an excellent job. It was very much appreciated.

Outstanding service and response, needed a new door remote, great price

We moved into a new-to-us house and are trying to address the little “issues”. One of the issues is the loud noise when the garage door is activated. The gentleman from Overhead Doors arrived as scheduled and checked out our door. He indicated that the door itself is sound—in great shape—and that the door opening unit still has a lot of life left but has become quite loud. He explained the type of garage door openers Overhead Door carries and the pricing but there was NO pressure to change out the opener. In fact, he recommended we continue to use what we have until the opener no longer works. I was totally impressed and when the time comes that the opener is “done” or I can no longer stand how noisy it is, I will call Overhead Doors and ask them to put in a new opener unit. And!!!! The Overhead Door tech would not charge me for coming to the house, examining my set-up, and giving me his expert advice and opinion. I highly recommend Overhead Doors!

Hired Overhead to install a new seal and review my garage door. They were fast, out the same week. They provided clear communication regarding timeline, door seal was installed within the next 45 minutes and pricing was great. Highly recommend.

My garage spring broke! I called around, this was the best price and they gave me a quote over the phone. Few others wouldn't give quote over phone. They came by and fixed it very quickly, upgraded me for free to bit better springs because that's what they had with them, checked and greased everything. Garage works better than before!

Friday afternoon one of the springs broke on our garage door trapping a piece of rented equipment from Home Depot that we needed to return. When I called and spoke with Arvin, he said they would be able to come out early the following week. I explained the situation about the rental and he said he would get someone out as soon as possible. Arvin arrived about 15 minutes later and fixed the door. These fellas rocked! Keenan & Jemingo are supper knowledgeable and very easy to discuss troubleshooting. I had these doors installed 3 years ago and my 2 big doors have been a little off. The original crew came out multiple times but never could seem to get it right. Unfortunately I backed into one of the tracks so I had OHD back out. They sent thee fellas and I’m glad they did.
