James Morris, the branch manager, overheard the conversation and offered to come right out to at least get the door closed. He was able to not only fix the main problem but also replaced the other wheels that were aged and would break in the same manner. The price was very fair and we weren't charged for an emergency call which I expected and dreaded. Excellent service!
