My distress call to Overhead Door to address a broken tension spring was answered promptly, courteously and professionally.. the tech arrived when he was scheduled (and called ahead to confirm his arrival). After inspecting the damage He informed me, before starting the work what the cost would be. I agreed. He was professional, talented with his tools, and skilled at his craft. He had all the parts that was required to complete the job in his trUck. The job was done (the broken tension spring replaced) in less than an hour. In my humble opinion the charge ,for the amount of work was a tad too high. The tech also provided me his professional opinion on the status of my garage door equipment and explained the technology on the newer gadgets now available on the market. The company gets 5/5 for professionalism but My rating is 4 out of 5 stars because I see the need for better pricing.

Hello,
I thought you might like to know the difference at my home between the original non Insulated door and this new Insulated garage door.
I used my Thermal Camera to get the following reading…
The day before installation. 11-20-23. I got the same reading on the inside door as the outside temperature (27F)
The day after (11-22-23) installing the new Insulated door, I got these readings… the current outside door temperature of 25F.
With the current inside door temperature 45F.
My Garage now is able to hold in temperature so I can do my wood rafting hobby.
